How to register in PID 2027

  • STEP 1

    Register on PID website

  • STEP 2

    Issuance of deposit invoice Pay deposit(50% of total fee) after receive the invoice Invoice will be issued in 1 week after the registration

  • STEP 3

    Issuance of balance invoice and equipment fee Pay balance(50% of total fee) after receive the invoice Invoice will be issued on January, 2027

  • Booth walls and basic furnishings are provided
  • Exhibitors are responsible for exhibits display in the booth
  • Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space and may select their own contractors for independent booth construction.
  • Booth construction must be carried out after submitting design plans to the PID office and obtaining approval.
  • All booth installation and production costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Booth allocation

  • Booths will be allocated by the PID secretariat based on application dates, product categories, and booth sizes.
